June 12: Canadian-English couple
This couple enjoying a break in Luis shop.
We three actually had dinner together one night. It is nice to connect with an English speaker when the opportunity arises. We ended up getting into it over wind power. As an engineer, he said it was too expensive.
June 12: Luis
As i entered Luis shop, shells filled the walls and ceilings. Neil Diamond played on inside. Later Luis would put some Johnny Cash on for me. It was a nice surprise to come across.
I imagine just about every pilgrim who walks the Via la Plata has stopped here. Luis has them fill out a shell with name, country and date. He then posts the shell. It is a wonderfull testimony to all the spirits who have passed through over time.
